Check out this that highlights our amazing company culture.POSITION PURPOSE:The Sales Analyst will play a critical role in driving sales effectiveness and strategic decision-making by delivering actionable insights through data. This position is responsible for mining and synthesizing data from Salesforce, Power BI, ConnectBase, and ZoomInfo. The analyst will produce monthly sales reports, weekly KPI dashboards, and deep-dive analyses of sales productivity and pipeline trends.Requirements:EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
3+ years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or similar role-preferably in the telecommunications or fiber optics industry
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Telecommunications, or related field, preferred
Experience working in a multi-region or regionalized sales structure, preferred
Experience with board-level reporting or strategic sales presentations, preferred
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation
Proficiency with business intelligence tools (Power BI or Tableau)
Familiarity with ConnectBase and ZoomInfo data platforms
Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline metrics, and performance KPIs
High attention to detail, especially in data validation and reconciliation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience delivering presentations to executive-level stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting cycles simultaneously
Experience with predictive analytics and other AI-driven methodologies, preferred
Summary:Primary Responsibilities:
Generate and distribute monthly sales performance reports and weekly activity KPI dashboards
Provide written and verbal summaries of key sales trends and data insights for C-level executives and Board presentations
Analyze sales productivity across seven geographic regions, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Validate and reconcile sales data across platforms (Salesforce, Power BI, ConnectBase, ZoomInfo)
Maintain and optimize data pipelines and reporting tools to ensure accurate and timely data delivery
Partner with sales leadership to provide custom reporting and analysis for strategic planning, forecasting, and goal setting
Support ad hoc analysis requests and strategic sales initiatives
