Sales Development Representative (SDR)

- Generating sales-qualified meetings within a predefined book of business
- Continuously engaging with target prospects via email, LinkedIn, cold-calling, and other channels
- Nurturing leads/accounts when there is a potential opportunity in the longer term
- Keep careful records of interactions with leads in HubSpot
- Working closely with the Director of Sales Development and the sales team
- At least one year of lead-gen experience with a preferred background in one or more of the following:
- Pitching SaaS/software to senior positions within Engineering departments and C-Suite
- Pitching to SMB and MidMarket
- Track record of being a top-producing SDR/BDR. Consistently hitting or exceeding quota
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Selling to the US / European markets
- Outbound experience via email, LinkedIn, cold-calling, and other channels (events, etc.)
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM/sales tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, or alternatives
- Able to work in a hybrid model of 3x/week from our Hoboken, NJ office
