- Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies and procedures.
- Responsible for identifying potential private banking prospects, and introducing and referring these prospects to the Private Banker.
- Responsible for leading and directing all business product campaigns/promotions the Bank rolls out, including but not limited to cash management, business loans/lines of credit, Pentegra, and Business DDA.
- Generate and screen leads following Bank’s policies and procedures to attain new business relationships and product sales (10% of the time).
- Call and visit target customers to promote and sell Bank’s products and services (10% of the time).
- Promote and cross-sell other Bank’s products and services as appropriate.
- Assist the Retail Bankers by providing legendary customer service to existing private banking clients in the Banker's absence.
- Provide back up to branch walk-in sales business.
- May provide training to junior sales personnel.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- 3 – 5 years related experience and/or training. Generally recommend 5-7 years previous bank sales experience (or) mastery of all Financial Services Officer functions.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
