- Work closely with Video, Social, Editorial, & Partnerships teams to identify data and analytics needs + make recommendations to drive audience growth
- Regularly interpret and share audience learnings + insights with relevant stakeholders & teams
- Work across the pre-sale & post-sale process
- Assist with developing media plans
- Serve as key conduit for information across Partnerships, Distribution & Reporting to ensure all deliverables for partners are met on time and on budget
- Assist with post-sale partner wrap reports, providing key data metrics
- Assist with QA process for partner reporting
- Manage reporting process with direction and support from Sr. Director, Audience Development
- Help maintain existing reporting structure + cadence
- Help build out and maintain campaign + product reporting automation
- Identify, create, evaluate, and analyze new custom reports to optimize distribution strategy
- Manual tagging when necessary
- Maintain & optimize syndication network and assist with keyword research & metadata optimization
- Assist with website maintenance related needs
- Assist with YouTube publishing
- 2-4 years experience in audience development, data analysis, or related role preferably for a media company with a proven track record and demonstrated ability to effectively manipulate and analyze data
- Data and detail- oriented strategic thinking with analytical acumen
- Motivated, self-starter with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Proven ability to juggle multiple competing priorities across various stakeholders
- Institutional knowledge of media planning principals is strongly preferred, including 1-3 years of hands-on experience building Media Plans
- Proficient in Excel and Google Suite
- Knowledge and/or experience with Tableau, Sprout, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Wordpress, SQL, AWS, SEMRush, Zapier, airtable, social analytics, preferred
- Understanding of metadata optimization & SEO best practices, preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or extensive coursework in one of: statistics, mathematics, computer science, marketing analytics, economics, preferred
