- Own and actively manage critical systems, ensuring high availability and seamless integrations across platforms.
- Lead complex projects from concept to delivery, with clear planning, prioritization, and execution.
- Remain hands-on with the codebase, setting strong standards and leading by example.
- 4-6 years of experience as a backend or full stack engineer, with 2-3 years managing engineering teams, ideally in a Java/Kotlin environment.
- A hands-on approach to architecture and system ownership, with the ability to coach and mentor direct reports.
- Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional projects to completion.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$260,000.
