- Oversee media planning and execution, ensuring timely and accurate excellence.
- Review briefs, challenge teams on strategy, and provide data-driven guidance.
- Partner with Account Management, Strategy, and Analytics for innovation.
- Develop and maintain media vendor relationships and industry knowledge.
- Identify business opportunities and sell SOLVE(D) and IPG Health offerings.
- Manage client expectations, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead strategic thinking, problem-solving, and process development.
- Mentor and develop media planning teams, integrating extended members.
- Deliver accurate performance management documents and feedback.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 10+ years of media experience, including 2+ years in Pharma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and media applications (Media Tools, KANTAR, Prisma).
- Strategic thinking, team leadership, and financial stewardship expertise.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences.
- Effective time management and project planning skills.
- Proven leadership skills across client presentations, discussions, and day-to-day account oversight.
