Position Title: Senior Academic TutorJob Responsibilities:-Provide high-quality academic tutoring to high school students in STEM subjects, Humanities, and English;-Develop and implement individualized teaching plans and learning strategies based on students’ academic levels and needs;-Collaborate closely with the education team, participating in the planning and execution of academic projects to achieve teaching objectives;-Coordinate and integrate various teaching resources to ensure smooth delivery of academic activities;-Track students’ learning progress in real time, regularly conduct academic assessments, and provide professional feedback to help students continually improve their performance;-Utilize various teaching methods and tools flexibly for different instructional needs (online or in-person), creating an efficient learning environment.Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Education, STEM, English, or related fields;-Three to five years of experience in high school STEM, Humanities, or English teaching/tutoring;-In-depth understanding of the high school curriculum and exam requirements, familiar with mainstream textbooks and exam formats both domestically and internationally;-Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to work closely with the education team and related departments;
