Our agency celebrates its 5th anniversary on April 1, 2025, but I’ve been with State Farm since 2012. I lead a team of six—three in-office and three remote—and we’re moving into a beautiful new building in March 2025. - Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
