We are seeking a Lead Systems Analyst – JD Edwards (JDE) to support and optimize enterprise systems within a complex manufacturing environment. This role partners with functional teams across manufacturing, engineering, sales, supply chain, cost accounting, and materials to design and implement efficient, reliable business processes.The position combines business relationship management, systems analysis, and functional/technical expertise in JD Edwards. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional projects, define and develop system requirements, and provide day-to-day support for JDE and integrated systems. This is a highly collaborative role with opportunities to mentor junior analysts.This is a direct hire opportunity in Dodge Center, MN with an expected compensation in the area of $130,000-$135,000 + a bonus. Bonus structure: 10% target, but has historically paid 17.3%–20% (up to 200% of target)Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) 8.12/9.2 and related modules.
  • Partner with business leaders to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring requirements are met and aligned with system capabilities.
  • Support manufacturing modules including work orders, BOMs, product data management (PDM), cost accounting, and shop floor execution.
  • Configure JDE using OMW, processing options, version control, and security.
  • Manage system documentation, test plans, test scripts, and user training materials.
  • Provide production support and collaborate with internal/external teams to resolve issues.
  • Mentor junior analysts and support continuous improvement in processes and systems.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant Systems Analyst/Business Analyst experience.
  • Strong JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) expertise (8.12 or 9.2 preferred).
  • Deep manufacturing industry experience, including work orders, BOMs, PDM, MRP, and cost accounting.
  • Experience writing functional/technical specifications and managing ERP integrations.
  • Knowledge of OMW, processing options, version control, and security.
  • Leadership/project experience (no direct reports, but able to lead initiatives).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to the Dodge Center/Rochester, MN area.
Strong Plus Skills
  • Experience with Configurator (CPQ) functionality.
  • Familiarity with change management (CN) processes.
  • Exposure to edge systems such as MES, CPQ, DSI, Jagger, Reliance QMS, Smart Team, or SolidWorks.
  • Multi-site manufacturing experience (make-to-order or configure-to-order).
  • Knowledge of ITIL or business analysis certifications (IIBA, CBAP, ITIL).
