Overview:Alera Group is looking for a Commercial Marketing Assistant. With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service. Responsibilities:
Respond promptly with requests from Marketing team
Follow all agency systems, procedures, and timelines with account set-up and review of coverage
Ability to obtain details from various sites – RMV, Secretary of State, MA Workers’ Comp Bureau, various Town Property Cards, etc
Prepare and issue insurance documents – Loss run requests, Applications, Cancellation requests, etc
Handle special projects assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Prior Insurance experience recommended, but not required
Willing to obtain Property & Casualty License
Basic Excel knowledge
