- Deliver technical assistance, training, and consulting to stakeholders; develop and maintain training materials and modules.
- Manage content for websites and learning management systems; serve as a key contact for data collection and assessment guidance.
- Coordinate data analysis to identify needs and support improvement planning, gap analysis, and compliance.
- Perform administrative and business services processes for the section.
- Generate and analyze reports using ADVANSYS, Power BI, and Tableau to identify trends and support monitoring.
- Create data visualizations and presentations; assist with performance reporting and grant award calculations.
- Maintain system operations, update the NRS data dictionary, and revise intake forms to align with federal requirements.
- Proficient in data analysis, visualization, and reporting using business intelligence tools.
- Experience in developing and delivering technical assistance and training materials.
- Effective written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including content curation and publication.
- Understand of Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR) and Uniform Grants Guidance (UGG).
