Coordinates project teams to ensure quality implementations within established timelines. Proactively supports efforts that ensure delivery of safe patient care and services and promote a safe environment at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in nursing, education, leadership, or other healthcare related field
  • Minimum 1 year of leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Pediatric experience, preferably NICU
Education
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Certification Summary
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the single State of Georgia or Multi-State through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment
  • Professional Nursing Certification required upon hire or within one year of hire

  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to organize workloads and resources
  • Has strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and productively with a variety of personnel within the hospital, including administrative and executive staff
