- 7+ years of as a Salesforce Analyst or Administrator with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot.
- BS or equivalent degree in Business management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline required.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Platform functionality and best practices, with emphasis in Sales Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of campaign management, marketing automation, and lead lifecycle processes.
- Hands-on experience with Pardot features such as automation rules, segmentation, scoring, and engagement programs.
- Proficiency in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, workflows, and process builder.
- Solid understanding of data management, data hygiene, and CRM best practices.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Platform functionality and best practices, with emphasis in Sales Cloud & Pardot.
- Strong implementation experience: ability to determine whether requirements are configuration, customization, and/or integrations with external systems.
- Hands-on experience on configuration of platform features including user management, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, territories, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, process builder, flows, lightning pages, managed packages, etc.
- Good understanding of system security and controls.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Serve as the primary SPoC for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot, ensuring optimal utilization of platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for CRM and marketing automation, translate them into functional solutions, and implement best practices.
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Pardot.
- Implement and manage campaign hierarchies, Campaign Influence, and Engagement History in Sales Cloud.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Manage and optimize campaign functionality including campaign setup, execution, tracking, and reporting.
- Configure and maintain Pardot assets (emails, landing pages, forms, scoring/grading).
- Develop, maintain, and optimize lead management processes including lead scoring, assignment, and nurturing.
- Manage Salesforce-Pardot connector and ensure data sync integrity.
- Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide insights into campaign performance and sales activities.
- Support integration between Pardot, Sales Cloud, and other business systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend enhancements.
- Ensure data quality and governance across Salesforce and Pardot.
- Train and support sales and marketing teams on Salesforce and Pardot usage.
- Stay up to date on new Salesforce features and best practices to recommend system improvements.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization through Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
