Help Desk Technician I

- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and account-related issues across Windows and macOS environments
- Respond to helpdesk tickets, walk-up requests, and phone calls, escalating more complex issues appropriately
- Assist with device setup, imaging, deployment, and ongoing lifecycle management
- Support game day and special event operations by preparing, testing, and troubleshooting IT equipment.
- Help maintain accurate asset records by tagging devices, updating inventory systems, and coordinating check-in/check-out processes
- Contribute to internal documentation, knowledge base articles, and user training efforts to improve the support experience
- Deliver clear and respectful communication when assisting users
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a professional IT role.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows and macOS), Microsoft 365, and basic troubleshooting workflows
- Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- A collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a dynamic environment
- CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, or similar entry-level certification
- Experience using ITSM or ticketing tools
- Knowledge of sports and entertainment, specifically NBA basketball.
