  • Engage with prospective students through various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Conduct personalized interviews to understand student aspirations and guide them accordingly.
  • Deliver detailed presentations on our programs, financial aid options, and the admissions process.
  • Assist students in completing applications and documentation necessary for enrollment.
  • Manage the admissions process, ensuring a streamlined experience from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Collaborate closely with Financial Aid advisors to inform students about available funding options.
  • Participate in community outreach and recruitment events to share the benefits of joining Tricoci University.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local high schools and organizations to strengthen recruitment efforts.
Requirements
  • Proven background in customer service, sales, or recruitment, with a focus on meeting performance goals.
  • Experience in the beauty industry is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using technology and CRM systems for admissions processes.
  • Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and foster relationships.
  • A genuine passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.
