- Manage multiple construction projects, from site assessments to opening, ensuring timelines, budgets, and design specifications are met on time.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders during the pre-lease, design, and construction phases.
- Assist in the bidding process, contractor selection, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure all permits and regulatory requirements are met for each project.
- Monitor construction progress, conduct site visits, and manage weekly updates.
- Facilitate punch walks and manage the resolution of punch list items.
- Maintain detailed project files, including budgets, schedules, and vendor documentation.
- Partner with teams to implement SeoulSpice’s brand standards in every location.

- DEDICATION: Hands-on involvement in the construction process, from planning to project closeout, maintaining project standards, and hitting key metrics.
- TEAMWORK: Work closely with design, real estate, and operations teams through the project life cycle.
- GROWTH: Create and implement processes that contribute to company expansion goals and set the standard for future development.
- Experience: 3+ years of construction management experience, preferably in restaurant or retail environments, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Skills: Experience in reading and interpreting construction drawings, technical documents, and specifications, as well as managing project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and RFIs.
- Project Oversight: Proven ability to manage general contractors, specialty vendors, and other professionals providing construction services.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with lease agreements and basic lease terms, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed to oversee and support projects (up to 50% travel).
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field is preferred. Project Management Certification (PMP) is a plus.
