Program Management AnalystThe Opportunity:As a Program Management Analyst, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. That’s why we need an experienced Program Management Analyst like you who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of client efforts. You’ll work with key stakeholders to develop integrated master schedules, review contracts, and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources such as Microsoft Project, and have regular interactions with senior program managers, SMEs, and stakeholders across multiple programs.The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards.   • Experience supporting contract management with DoD acquisition programs
  • Experience developing programmatic schedules such as Integrated Master Schedules
  • Experience using Microsoft Project and Excel
  • Knowledge of IPS Pillars for Federal Acquisition processes
  • Knowledge of Navy ships, submarines, or unmanned systems
  • Ability to operate independently within a team environment
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with ACAT 1 programs
  • Knowledge of NAVSEA contracting processes or acting as a COR
  • Experience developing multiple IMS products
  • Possession of excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business field
  • PMP Certification

The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
