- Support DWM in acquiring proper data; quality assurance of data collected and its management.
- Develop, maintain and enhance data pipelines; and support DWM with continuous data usage and transformations.
- Develop, maintain and enhance standard operation procedures.
- Conduct fit-for-purpose data analytics as required by DWM and provide required interpretations. Perform complex data analyses to identify trends, patterns and insights using proper data analytics models and algorithms. Advance deep learning of functional data using machine learning techniques.
- Lead maintenance and enhancements of existing data visualization dashboards and continually create and operationalize these visual tools to bring decision-making agility to DWM operations.
- Drive creativity and functional impact of data visualization tools and dashboards using the state-of-the art HCI design techniques with UI/UX-centric implementation.
- Assist DWM with continually transforming their digital utility management with incremental integration of augmented and artificial intelligence.
- Provide technical oversight for implementation of projects.
- Coordinates and participates in project presentations to DWM and other external groups.
- Monitors/manages project production for compliance with schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
- Supervises technical professionals and guide them on program delivery commitments.
- Performs such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field including informatics, data science, computer science, with data analytics and data visualization principles with HCI, UI/UX emphasis and 8+ years of relevant work experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, R, Python and SQL.
- Experience in database management and data modeling
- Master's degree in related field and/or relevant advance certifications
- 4+ years' experience in leading teams with up to four people.
- 6 + years of progressive experience relevant to position description.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google UX Design; HCI certifications from universities)
- Candidates must have proven interpersonal skills, including client interaction, public speaking, and persuasive ability; strong project financial management along with ability to lead diverse, multi-disciplined teams.
