With a focus on, face, body, hair, OTC, and professional use formulations, we create some of the most cost effective, high quality and powerful products on the market.Providing world class services to up and coming businesses, large established brands, physicians, estheticians and other skin care professionals; we specialize in research & development, custom formulization, graphic design, manufacturing, packaging and delivery.Job Title: Costing and Pricing AnalystSummary:The Pricing & Cost Analyst is responsible for supporting the Account Executives, Sales, and Business Development teams. They will be responsible for costing all of the Company’s products and for all customer projects for this contract manufacturing company. The person in this role will have direct interaction with many leaders across the Company, including the CEO, Controller, VP Commercialization, COO, VP of Technical Services, Director of Operations, etc.Responsibilities
  • Supports client quoting and pricing for the sales team.
  • Helps to revamp current pricing process.
  • Tracks and maintain projected vs. actual gross margin for all projects.
  • Reconciles price quotes with actual production statistics and final BOM after run is finalized.
  • Circles back on any pricing variances with requotes.
  • Creates an annual price review system for all existing customers and market ready formulas.
  • Oversees the implementation of sales reporting, process initiatives and special projects.
  • Supports the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics.
  • Creates monthly content for executive presentations and develop presentation material to be used internally across the organization.
  • Tracks and analyzes key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, activity, conversions, product segmentation opportunity, and quota attainment.
  • Retains the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
  • Assures that the policies, principles and procedures of pricing activities are consistent across the Company.
  • Maintains regular check-ins with sales leaders regarding sales opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem solving.
  • Performs any other duties or tasks that may be required of you by the Company.

Experience/Skills
  • 2 or more years of experience in multi-level BOM costing with proficiency in creating reports, optimizing processes, reconciliations, KPI’s and managing dashboards. Experience within a B2B or contract manufacturing organization is preferred.
  • Project management experience is desirable.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and communications skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding and experience working with an ERP system.
  • NetSuite experience a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Handles pressure well while meeting deadlines and targets
  • Skilled in prioritizing and triaging obligations.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, marketing or other business discipline required; master’s degree a plus
