- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding advertising, billing, and account questions.
- Accurately document customer interactions, including issues, adjustments, and necessary follow-ups.
- Provide prompt and professional correspondence to customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Answer and direct incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on upcoming and past-due payments.
- Make courtesy calls and send written correspondence to customers with overdue accounts.
- Submit delinquent accounts to a collection agency as needed.
- Support the Marketing and Sales Consultants by handling customer inquiries, providing advertising contracts, and facilitating resolutions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Strong research and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of company products, policies, and services.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
