- "60 months of experience working directly with users in a child welfare environment providing training or technical assistance either in a classroom or in a work environment. Experience includes writing documentation and/or desk aids to be used as reference to support users understanding of business operations and/or training delivered. (Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care/permanency or preventive services.)
- 60 months of working on a child welfare application of over 15,000 users starting with a needs assessment, moving to ongoing support and ending with follow up. (Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care/permanency or preventive services.)
- 60 months of child welfare or related experience interpreting regulations governing practice and program outcomes. (Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care/permanency or preventive services.)
