- Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of the project and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required/necessary
- Review the project proposal or plan to determine the time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project
- Confer with project staff to outline the work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
- Plan and analyze assigned projects, establish schedules and project parameters, and set procedures to accomplish system objectives involving complex contracting applications
- Establish a professional relationship with the customer and interface constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews
- Prepare project reports for management, clients, or others
- Maintain the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion
- Ensure timely and successful completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff
- Obtain acceptance and timely sign-off of the project by the customer
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Microsoft Project experience
- Experience with Solidworks and AutoCAD 2D
- HVAC industry experience
