- Create visually appealing and impactful designs for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email marketing, and digital advertisements.
- Develop motion graphics and animations to enhance digital content and engage the target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Design and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, infographics, and other visual assets for both digital and print mediums.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques in digital design and motion graphics.
- Collaborate with videographers and video editors to create compelling video content that effectively communicates key messages.
- Ensure consistency and quality of design deliverables across various platforms and mediums.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of design excellence.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions that meet their needs.
- Maintain a library of design assets and templates for easy access and reuse.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of full-time agency or corporate experience.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a focus on digital design and motion graphics.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, motion graphics, and video editing.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as motion graphics software (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
- Ability to translate complex concepts and ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
