
Senior Cloud Program Manager

- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, time-line, budget, and resource allocation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and that deliverables meet Government requirements.
- Works with the technical team to implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery and Continuous Deployment tools, automated testing, cloud, micro-services, and container-based environments.
- Manage project risks and issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.
- Manage the procurement and deployment of cloud infrastructure and services.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with CSPs and vendors.
- Coaches, mentors, motivates, and supervises project team members and influences them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in project management, with at least four (4) years of experience managing cloud-based projects.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience working in a DoD or Federal Government environment
- Experience managing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies and infrastructure.
- Knowledge of security and compliance requirements for cloud-based solutions.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship and must possess a minimum of an active DoD Secret security clearance
- PMP, Scrum Master or similar certificate.
- Recent Air Force background and experience.
- Familiarity and experience with Air Force Cloud One program and program management office.
- Familiarity and experience with Department of Air Force (USAF and USSF) application owners and customers.
- Familiarity with AF risk management, configuration management, and data management.
- Experience with all four cloud service providers (AWS, MS Azure, Oracle, Google).
- Experience with contractor manpower reporting and work breakdown structures.
- Experience with contract budgeting and funds status reporting.
- Experience with DoD and AF cybersecurity requirements.
- Experience managing large teams with major subcontractors.
- Experience with AF customer communication, program management reviews, leading meetings and presentations.
- Knowledge of DoD Secure Cloud Computing Architecture (SCCA).
- Knowledge of DoD Cloud Computing SRG v1 R 4 (or superseding versions or releases).
