- Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls
- Excellent skills in PestPac and Workwave
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Generate sales leads and schedule service calls based on customer and technician availability
- Process payments and resolve billing concerns
- Maintaining records via internal system for accuracy with a focus on details
- Provide general quotes for service requests and timely follow-up on inquiries
- Stay informed about industry trends, company policies, and new products
- Support special reports and projects as needed
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Resolve customer issues
- Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
- Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
- Document all customer interactions
- Meet personal and team quotas
- Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
- Comfortable using computers and customer management software
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of active listening techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
