
Senior Manager, Pharmacy Network Analytics

- Manage the rebate program for Rightway's PBM clients, including processing and reporting client payments, reconciliations and tracking rebate forecasted performance.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the rebate program or year-end rebate forecast performance, using data analytics tools and techniques as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize client rebate opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, such as federal and state laws governing rebates.
- Reviewing and analyzing rebate data to ensure accuracy and compliance amongst Rightway stakeholders and vendors.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication regarding rebate performance, operations, and reconciliations.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of rebate performance to senior management and clients on a routine basis.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external rebate affiliates, vendors, other key stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, pharmacy, or healthcare administration)
- 4-5+ years of experience in PBM rebate management or a related field
- Proven track record of success in managing rebate programs and claims reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management systems including SQL, Python or other related system
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., business, pharmacy, or healthcare administration)
- 7+ years of experience in PBM rebate management or a related field
- Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturers and other key stakeholders
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements governing rebates
