- Communicates with customers through various channels while acknowledging and resolving customer inquiries.
- Entering job specifications into system to generate detailed job tickets utilizing knowledge of production process, machine capabilities and industry terminology.
- Generates prices quotes and estimates in collaboration with estimating and sales departments.
- Works with customers and pre-press department on art and graphic files.
- Monitors job throughout production stages to meet target ship dates and communicates status of jobs to sales staff and customers.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-2 years of customer support or client services position, within a mid-sized business, custom manufacturing business preferred.
- Computer experience and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMs, and the ability to learn new software as needed.
- Ability to learn basic production and workflow processes, machine capabilities and industry terminology.
- Demonstrated ability of excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, ability to handle numerous projects, prioritize workload, work with minimum supervision with fast-paced expectations and accountabilities.
