Job Title: Construction Project Manager Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to oversee site-level project management for Data Center projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role involves significant collaboration with cross-functional partners, contractors, installers, and stakeholders to deliver quality and cost-effective solutions.Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day activities with General Contractors and Telecomm Partners.
  • Drive solutions to preserve business unit goals and KPIs.
  • Act as the point of contact for external partners and provide input into constructability while aiding in project schedule creation and maintenance.
  • Escalate key issues for coordination with Campus Construction Management and Facilities Operations.
  • Navigate complexities of large-scale data center builds with significant capital expenditure.
  • Collaborate closely with tenured Delivery team members for onboarding and guidance on applying knowledge to systems and procedures.
Essential Skills
  • 15 years of experience in construction management with large project experience exceeding $500M.
  • Experience managing general contractors and trade partners.
  • Field experience in commercial construction, specifically in the Oil, Gas, or Chemical sectors.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, partnership, and leadership skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with mechanical systems is preferred.
  • Professional-Level Engineering degree or related discipline is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar software is an advantage.
Work EnvironmentThe role requires onsite presence, working closely with diverse teams in a collaborative environment. The position involves navigating large-scale data center construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality measures.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Montgomery, Alabama.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
