
Construction Project Manager

- Manage day-to-day activities with General Contractors and Telecomm Partners.
- Drive solutions to preserve business unit goals and KPIs.
- Act as the point of contact for external partners and provide input into constructability while aiding in project schedule creation and maintenance.
- Escalate key issues for coordination with Campus Construction Management and Facilities Operations.
- Navigate complexities of large-scale data center builds with significant capital expenditure.
- Collaborate closely with tenured Delivery team members for onboarding and guidance on applying knowledge to systems and procedures.
- 15 years of experience in construction management with large project experience exceeding $500M.
- Experience managing general contractors and trade partners.
- Field experience in commercial construction, specifically in the Oil, Gas, or Chemical sectors.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, partnership, and leadership skills.
- Experience with mechanical systems is preferred.
- Professional-Level Engineering degree or related discipline is preferred.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar software is an advantage.
