Develops and implements orientation programs; provides guidance on academic and programmatic issues as needed.
Contributes to the creation and execution of departmental policies and procedures; assists in managing program budgets and expenditures.
Oversees maintenance of program records, files, databases, and program-related web content to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Coordinates and supervises required educational activities, including scheduling, lectureships, and evaluations.
Manages student and resident rotations, ensures appropriate scheduling, and monitors completion of all required evaluations.
Independently plans and organizes lectureships and special events, including graduation banquets.
Prepares Program Letters of Agreement (PLAs) and coordinates the ERAS and National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) interview process.
Maintains Accreditation Data System and tracks updates related to the education programs.
