
Senior Scientist II, Immunosafety/Immunogenicity

- Execution of in vitro immunogenicity and immunosafety platform for risk assessment.
- Implement expansion of immunogenicity platform through MHC-II associated peptide proteomics (MAPPs) and real-time DC internalization assay development for large molecules using human DC/PBMC models.
- Represent IVIS team on project meetings, designing & coordinating IVIS studies of biologic drug candidates.
- Author publication, presentations, and/or regulatory documents.
- Bachelor’s Degree and typically 12 years of experience OR Master’s Degree and typically 10 years of experience OR PhD and typically 4 years of experience.
- Ph.D. in Biological Sciences, Cellular Immunology, preferred
- Understanding of cellular immunology with an emphasis on dendritic and T cell biology.
- Experience with multicolor flow cytometry panel design, BD LSRFortessa instrument operation, BD FACSDive and FlowJo software, and flow cytometry data analysis.
- Proven track record with assay development experience successfully handling human samples, isolating cell subsets, maturing antigen presenting cells, and executing proliferation assays.
- Experience with in-silico immunogenicity assessment platforms a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.

- Team player with the capability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional matrix environment.
