- Lead and manage daily operations of the conference center, reception, and lobby areas.
- Ensure all guest-facing services reflect the highest standards of hospitality and discretion.
- Coordinate with culinary and event planning teams to deliver flawless food service experiences.
- Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and conference areas to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP and high-profile clients.
- Anticipate client needs and customize services to exceed expectations.
- Handle escalations with professionalism and discretion.
- Recruit, train, and mentor front-of-house staff including receptionists, lobby attendants, and event coordinators.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement staff development plans.
- Oversee the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and special events.
- Ensure all logistics, including room setup, AV, catering, and guest services, are flawlessly executed.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support client acquisition and retention.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of all public-facing areas.
- Work with facilities and security teams to ensure a secure and welcoming environment.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in hospitality or food service management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience working with high-profile or VIP clientele.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of event planning, front-of-house operations, and food service logistics.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
