
Senior Business Analyst

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, define, and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications
- Analyze and evaluate current business processes and systems, identifying areas for process improvement, automation, and optimization to drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with industry best practices and with regulatory requirements
- Support the integration of Workday with other systems and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality
- Coordinate and participate in system testing (UAT), develop and execute training programs and materials for adoption of new systems/processes, and manage issue resolution.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including business leaders, HR, IT, and finance teams, to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Assist Digital Transformation Team Leaders in the development, monitoring, and reporting of the technology budget to firm executives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and cost efficiency
- Support the management and oversight of technology vendor relationships, including resolving ad-hoc vendor escalations items, monitoring performance, and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 5-7+ years’ overall work experience, with a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within financial services
- Preferably 1-2+ years’ experience with Workday Financial Management and/or Human Capital Management (HCM) modules
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with system integration, testing, and data migration
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proficient writing skills, including previous experience in documenting user requirements
- Expert use of process mapping software, preferably Miro
