In this role, you’ll provide human capital strategy to the regional executive. The person in this role is chartered to understand the business strategies of consumer banking and translate that into an effective workforce strategy that enables the business and growth strategies. Formerly referred to as Senior Human Resources Business Partners, the Talent Consultant role has evolved to provide a greater focus on strategy while partnering with our centers of excellence to ensure a continuity in tactical support coverage. With the support of a robust system of centers of excellence (Recruiting, Talent and Culture, DEI, Learning and Development, People Analytics, Employee services and HR Strategy and Operations), Talent consultants can focus on large-scale talent challenges and opportunities.Talent consultants partner closely with leaders on a wide variety of talent topics, including:Organizational design effectiveness, and workforce analysisInternal mobility, strategic talent planning, review, succession planningTalent upskilling/reskilling, training, learning and developmentTransformation and Change managementLocation and Travel: Hybrid in posted locations. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.
