The team’s expertise spans fields such as signal processing, machine learning, artificial intelligence, computer vision, computational linguistics, communication systems, and other areas of electrical engineering and computer science, creating solutions with real-world impact.Transform Healthcare with Innovative Integrated Solutions: The Algorithmic Solutions Group is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager to advance healthcare solutions with cutting-edge algorithms. The ideal candidate combines deep understanding of human physiology with practical experience using biomedical data to inform product direction, drive algorithm development, and support rigorous, real-world validation of healthcare solutions.What You’ll Do:
  • Proactively identify and validate high-impact opportunities in healthcare where ADI’s sensing, signal processing, and edge AI capabilities can drive innovation and improve patient outcomes.
  • Engage directly with industry partners and healthcare stakeholders to ensure solutions address real-world needs.
  • Product development mindset—balancing bold innovation with usability, technical feasibility, and awareness of market and regulatory realities.
  • Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of advanced algorithms for analyzing complex human physiological and biomedical data, ensuring both clinical relevance and technical excellence.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design experiments and collect novel biosensing datasets.
  • Lead rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept validation to translate those insights into real-world healthcare solutions.
  • Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and user-centered design.
  • Stay up to date with advances in algorithms, AI, and biomedical technologies, and identify emerging opportunities for ADI to drive innovation in healthcare.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related areas.
  • 7+ years of applied research/industry experience translating biomedical algorithms into products or clinical pilots; startup/0-to-1 product experience strongly preferred.
  • History of increasing managerial responsibilities, guiding researchers and engineers from diverse backgrounds, and influencing product strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to create mathematical models based on human physiology and connect them to sensor data to help design features and algorithms.
  • Preferred experience in developing solutions for proactive and personalized healthcare applications, particularly in areas such as cardiovascular health, neurology, women’s health, oncology, or chronic disease management.
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes and standards, including the ability to navigate evolving compliance requirements in healthcare.
  • Preferred experience collaborating with hospitals/health systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive projects forward with intellectual curiosity and a bias for action.
