Compensation: To $105KJob Overview - Senior Assurance Associate - 33839We are seeking an Assurance Senior Associate who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a collaborative public accounting environment. The ideal candidate is committed to excellence, takes ownership of both client relationships and work product, and embraces continuous learning.This role is open to fully remote candidates who reside in the Southeastern U.S. within the Eastern Time Zone and preferably in North Carolina or South Carolina. You must reside in the service zone or you won't be considered for this role.Travel to client sites on average 3 days per week (minimal overnight travel)A visit to NC headquarters once per monthKey ResponsibilitiesLead and support assurance engagements, including audits, reviews, and compilations (with exposure to employee benefit plans).Apply industry expertise across sectors such as manufacturing, distribution, construction, real estate, transportation, and not-for-profit.Conduct research to strengthen technical knowledge and provide accurate, compliant guidance.Identify opportunities to expand client service offerings and add value beyond core assurance work.Collaborate closely with partners, managers, and team members in a supportive, growth-focused environment.RequirementsBachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting from an accredited university.3+ years of public accounting experience in assurance.Strong research, communication (verbal and written), and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; knowledge of Caseware and PPC is a plus.CPA license or progress toward CPA strongly preferred.Additional Job DetailsWorkplace Policy: #li-RemoteSeniority Level: AssociateLinked In Poster: #li-TC1About our Process
