- Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ strengths and areas of need, developing tailored ABA therapy plans.
- Program Development: Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and best practices in ABA therapy.
- Therapy Implementation: Provide direct ABA therapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote skill development and behavior improvement.
- Supervision and Training: Supervise and mentor ABA therapists and RBTs, ensuring proper implementation of treatment plans and fostering professional growth.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Family Collaboration: Work closely with families to provide training, support, and guidance, ensuring they are active participants in their child’s therapy.
- Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in providing ABA therapy.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
