This role will play a critical part in centralizing and optimizing our reporting, insights, and analytics functions. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background coupled with strong leadership skills to drive the team towards delivering impactful business insights. Here are the details on this position.Your role in our mission· Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts to ensure high-quality delivery of reporting and analytics solutions.· Develop and implement standardized reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide actionable insights for business operations.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize analytics needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.· Oversee the creation and maintenance of data models, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making processes.· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for reporting and analytics.· Design and implement advanced analytical models to extract insights from complex data sets.· Provide technical guidance and support to the team on data visualization, ETL processes, and analytical tools.· Monitor and evaluate the performance of analytics initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.What we're looking for· Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline); Master's degree preferred.· Proven experience in managing a team of Business Analysts or Data Analysts, preferably in a healthcare or Medicaid environment.· Strong technical proficiency with data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python, R, Tableau or similar).· Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.Other Qualifications· Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Databricks).· Knowledge of Medicaid operations or healthcare analytics is a plus.· Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practicesWhat you should expect in this role
