Enabling global flight, with passion.Position SummaryThe Administrative Assistant position is responsible for supporting by ensuring the day-to-day administrative functions are organized, run, and/or distributed in an efficient, timely manner. The Administrative Assistant will simultaneously support the overall department staff in servicing the organization's internal customers, employees, and vendors.The posted hourly ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range will be as follows: $17.00-$20.00 per hour.This is an onsite position based in West Palm Beach, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PMMinimum Requirements
  • Must have a high school diploma; general education degree (GED), or higher education
  • At least one year work experience and/or formal training
  • Valid Driver License
  • Ability to read and communicate in English
  • Must obtain an Airport ID Badge within 30 days of employment
  • Working knowledge of word processing tolls and other software packages including, but not imited to Microsoft Office systems, especially Excel and Power Point.
Main Responsibilities
  • With the GM, coordinate the preparation of tenant leases and renewals.
  • Inputting and managing data within Salesforce.
  • Manages all base & tenant communications and building tenant relations.
  • Performs administrative functions and duties for Facilities, FBO and Line Service departments and provides supports in Customer Service as needed.
  • Responsible for assisting with any scanning, filing, and archiving of documentation.
  • Takes care of customers/vendors in person or via telephone or email and establishes a business relationship that will make them feel welcome.
  • Handles incoming communication via telephone and email.
  • Creates and maintains departmental files to keep all relevant department documents organized.
  • Coordinate and organize company meetings
  • Upload invoices for payments
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed
  • Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups,
