Answer customer calls professionally
Research required information using available resources
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Process orders accurately
Identify and escalate priority issues
Follow up customer calls when necessary
Sell additional products by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts
Explain new items or featured products to customers
Required to attend department meetings
Competencies, Education, and Skills:
A minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
At least 1-year successful experience performing the above duties
Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office, produce industry software (or equivalent) and common E Mail systems are required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening skills

Problem solving skills
Organized and attention-to-detail approach
Physical Demands:
Stand or sit for long periods of time
Travel as needed
Compensation:
$18.00-$19.00/Hour + Commission (based on experience)
Work Schedule:
Monday – Sunday (Off on Saturday and one day during the week).
Hours: 9:30am – 6:00pm
40 hours/week (OT maybe required)
