- Location: This in-person role is based at our office at 12800 S. Broadway, Los Angeles. You'll also be going on appointments with our salespeople, depending on your territory.
- Build and Lead Sales Teams: Create and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success.
- Recruitment and Training: Collaborate with our in-house Recruiter & Trainer to identify, recruit, and train new team members.
- On-the-Ground Support: Accompany salespeople on appointments in your specified area.
- Drive Sales Growth: Propel sales, including self-generated business.
- Forge Business Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with contractors, interior designers, architects, real estate brokers, and industry professionals.
- Strategic Sales: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to set sales strategies, benchmark competition, and enhance value selling points.
- Sales Expertise: Minimum 5 years of in-home sales experience.
- Management Experience: Proven ability to manage commissioned sales teams.
- Motivational Skills: Inspire and motivate your team with innovative ideas.
- Positive Attitude: Bring a positive, team-oriented mindset.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Word and Excel is essential; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
