About the RoleWe are seeking highly motivated Warehouse Operations Specialists to join our team. This role is key in overseeing and supporting the full warehouse operations cycle - from inbound to outbound - ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to track, document, and improve processes.You will be responsible for assisting both national and international Distribution Centers (DCs), ensuring smooth coordination, process alignment, and the creation of operational documents.Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage warehouse operations from inbound receiving to outbound shipping.
  • Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Provide support and guidance to domestic and international DCs regarding their operational processes.
  • Keep track of KPIs, generate reports, and ensure accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
  • Create, maintain, and update operational documents, process guides, and reports to ensure consistency and compliance across all DCs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, supply chain, and customer service teams.
  • Support leadership with documentation, audits, and compliance initiatives.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts as required (1st or 2nd shift).
Requirements
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) - both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting tools).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
  • Ability to create clear, professional documents for internal and external use.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Availability for 1st shift (morning) or 2nd shift (night).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
  • Knowledge of KPIs, productivity tracking, and reporting.
