Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time Outpatient Therapist to add to our team of professionals. This position will work in our Outpatient Program at our Moran Center located on the Eastside of Evansville. This position will provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment services to children and their families to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.$3,000 Sign-On BONUS offered for this position!!!(Bonuses are paid half after 90 days of employment and half after 180 days of employment.)WHY WORK FOR SOUTHWESTERN?

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?
  • Conduct assessment and treatment services according to Southwestern policies.
  • Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessment evaluations and emergency/crisis intervention services.
  • Provide individual, group, conjoint, and family therapy to youth and their families.
  • Maintain appropriate records of services to reflect progress and document treatment plans and goals.
  • Maintain documentation and submit reports according to established time frames.
  • Communicate professionally, make referrals and coordinate services with community agencies.
  • Meet efficiency standards which include chart management and patient contact standards.
  • Attend and participate in weekly clinical staff meetings.
  • Participate in ongoing staff training and development activities as assigned to enhance job performance
OTHER DUTIES:
  • Conduct consultation and education activities to community and professional groups as needed.
  • Maintain contact with other service providers, community agencies, schools, and civic organizations to enhance community awareness and public relations.
Job QualificationsWHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?
  • Applicants must have a Master's degree and be licensed or eligible to be licensed in IN; LSW, LCSW, LMFT-A, LMHC-A, or LMHC.
  • Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.
