Proficiency in computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Electrical background, including comprehension of shop drawing schematics and one-line design drawings.
Experience with equipment first-time energization, including OSHA 30, NFPA70e, and LOTO management.
Previous experience in data center or hyperscale build preferred.
10 years of experience required.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
PMI or PMP certification preferred.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Coordinate projects by making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders.
Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate staff work, ensuring the development and maintenance of team competence.
Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess project feasibility.
Confer with management and staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
