The Skin Science Ambassador is responsible for driving retail operations, managing inventory, providing skin care consultations, and supporting front desk and phone functions as needed. This role serves as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and management, ensuring a seamless and personalized patient experience from arrival to checkout. The associate must demonstrate a passion for skin care and a commitment to continuous learning, aiming to become a skin care expert who can effectively recommend not only individual products but also packages of services tailored to each patient's needs. In addition to selling products, the associate is expected to communicate monthly specials clearly, promote bundled offerings, and provide a 5-star experience to every patient. Responsibilities include accurately processing patient check-outs, handling billing, scheduling follow-up appointments, and managing patient recalls ensuring timely care and engagement.
