You will lead a team responsible for data entry, audits, corrections, and governance processes. You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT and compliance teams to ensure data supports business operations, analytics, and regulatory requirements.You will report to the Senior Director, HR Systems & Services and be located at in the US or at our Krakow, Poland Global Shared Services Center. You will be remote if located in the US or hybrid if located in Krakow, Poland.Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the HRIS data administration team, including workflow management, resource allocation, and issue resolution
Ensure accurate processing of employee life cycle transactions (hires, terminations, job changes)
Support development and enforce data entry standards, audit, protocols, and data governance framework
Support regular data audits and coordination remediation efforts with HRBPs, Ops, and other stakeholders
Service as subject matter expert on organization hierarchy, position management, and core data structure in the HRIS
Partner with HRIS, payroll, Talent and other teams on system changes, testing, and process improvements
Provide training and documentation for data administration procedures and system use
Monitor service levels and team performance metrics to ensure, high-quality support
Support special projects such as reorganizations, acquisitions, or global data harmonization.
Support vendor management and adherence to Service level agreements
Be an escalation point for ticketing and other data issues
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Degree in Human Resources Business or Information Technology preferred.
5+ years of experience in HR data administration, HRIS, or related field.
Experience supervising global mixed teams (contractors & employees)
Knowledge of HRIS platforms
Experience in data audits, data governance, and process documentation
Experience with HR processes and employee lifecycle transactions
Knowledge of HR data management principles, practices, and technologies.
Experience with HR systems and tools, such as Workday, Oracle, or SAP.
Proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and reporting tools preferred
Experience in ServiceNow or other ticketing platforms preferred#LI-Remote
