- Projects are in non-residential building types with a heavy emphasis on municipal projects
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a journeyman.
- Experience servicing, RTUs, split-systems, exhaust fans required.
- Experience servicing walk-in and reach-in coolers/freezers preferred.
- Thorough understanding of the refrigeration cycle and related components.
- Thorough understanding of basic HVAC/R controls and ability to read electrical schematics.
- Experience performing preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment that includes sales people, engineers and project managers. May also work with our electrical division to implemented HVAC/R-related projects.
- Interested in learning new things, eager to face a challenge.
- Excellent customer interaction and communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, including 4-panel drug screen.

- EPA 608 Certification or,
- Mass. Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker license required or,
- Mass. Journeyman Refrigeration Technician license required
- OSHA 10 certification is required
