- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify business needs, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements, understand business processes, and align on project objectives.
- Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain clear and well-structured business requirements documentation, including workflows and specifications.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, recommending and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize business analysis methodologies and tools to support project management processes, such as Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and ensure deliverables are met within established timelines and budgets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in business analysis to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Requires specialized knowledge and expertise in their own job discipline and deep experience in integrating related disciplinary knowledge

- Acts as a trusted advisor to business partners, internally and externally, to understand their goals and objectives on a regular basis
- Works on initiatives with high complexity and often high volume, such as a large, diverse number of applications or across a business domain
- Builds a wide, active network that is regularly engaged
- Typically a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Typically 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- In-depth understand of the Financial Service industry, with strong data related project experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in presenting to stakeholders at various levels.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and business process improvements.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, SQL queries and business analysis methodologies, and project management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Project Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent are preferred
