- Develop and implement talent development strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills, competencies, and performance.
- Identify learning needs and gaps through performance assessments, employee feedback, and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and job aids.
- Facilitate learning sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to ensure maximum participant engagement and knowledge retention.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate leadership development initiatives, including succession planning, coaching, and mentoring programs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify high-potential employees and create customized development plans to nurture their growth.
- Provide guidance and support to employees seeking career development opportunities, including coaching on career paths and skill development.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent development, incorporating innovative approaches to learning and development programs.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) or other training platforms, ensuring content is up-to-date, accessible, and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to align talent development initiatives with performance management processes and organizational needs.
- Analyze talent development metrics and data to measure the impact of training initiatives and make data-driven decisions for future programs.
- Lead and develop a team of talent development professionals, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to support their growth and success.
- PMP, Six Sigma, and /or SPHR preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, I/O Psychology, Data Analytics, or other field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of performance, OD, talent management, program/project management experience
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience in healthcare preferred.
