Seeking CDL-A drivers to operate dry van equipment on regional lanes. Assignments are 100% no-touch freight. Opportunities are available for solo drivers and for teams. Professional conduct is required at customer sites and while operating equipment.Compensation, schedule, and equipment:
  • Estimated yearly earnings range from $85,000 to $100,000.
  • Pay per mile: $0.67 to $0.71; pay issued weekly via direct deposit.
  • Sign-on bonus: $1,300 (one-time).
  • Regional routes with weekend home time.
  • Newer tractors with automatic transmissions and in-cab features such as flat-screen displays.
Primary responsibilities:
  • Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles safely and in compliance with DOT regulations and company policy.
  • Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes, handling 100% no-touch freight.
  • Follow assigned schedules and customer delivery instructions.
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects or maintenance needs promptly.
  • Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required documentation.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers.
Minimum qualifications and requirements:
  • Valid CDL-A license.
  • Minimum age: 23 years.
  • At least 9 months of verifiable OTR or regional driving experience for solo applicants.
  • No more than two moving violations in the last two years; no DOT-preventable accidents in the last three years; no major moving violations or suspensions in the applicable timeframes.
  • No speeding citations exceeding 15 mph over the limit in the last 12 months; no DUI/DWI in the last 7 years.
  • No employment terminations within the last 12 months; no more than three jobs in the last year with an average tenure of at least four months; no more than 150 days unemployed in the last 15 months.
  • Ability to pass required drug screening (including hair test) and pre-employment/background checks.
  • Meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication.
