Wilson & Company seeks a Pursuit Coordinator to support our disciplined focus on winning work. This entry-level position assists in developing proposals, presentations, and other pursuit materials that help position our firm for success. You will collaborate with pursuit specialists, marketing staff, and technical teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and client-focused materials. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized, and creative individual eager to learn the pursuit process within the A&E industry and grow their marketing and business development career in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking within Wilson & Company’s established pursuit process, and with guidance from senior staff, you will:
Proposal Development: Assist in preparing, formatting, and assembling proposals and qualifications packages. Help tailor content to client needs by working closely with technical staff and proposal leads.
Presentation Support: Develop and edit slides, handouts, and other visual materials. Provide logistical and creative support for interview teams.
Brand + Database Support: Apply Wilson & Company’s brand standards and familiarize yourself with the pursuit lifecycle process. Learn to use our centralized database (e.g., Vantagepoint and OpenAsset) to track pursuits, maintain resumes, and update project information.
Team Collaboration: Support pursuit specialists, project managers, and technical staff by coordinating deadlines, organizing materials, and ensuring consistency across deliverables.
Quality + Consistency: Proofread, format, and edit documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with RFP requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field (experience in A&E or professional services a plus but not required).
Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to collaborate with diverse teams.
